This year the traditional gala dinner will be turned into a Peruvian Culinary Experience at one of the World’s best restaurants- the renowned Astrid y Gaston a pioneer of Peru’s ever-vibrant gastronomic scene. This dinner will allow FIBEP Congress attendees and their guests to experience traditional Peruvian fare in a stunning 17th-century hacienda.
