Pre-Congress Trip

This year FIBEP is also offering an extended congress experience for FIBEP members and their families. A customized tour provides a unique opportunity to group together and explores more outlying areas such as the former Incan capital of Cusco.

The tour also takes participants to the world-famous and stunning sanctuary Machu Picchu, a UNESCO World Heritage Site settled in the middle of a tropical mountain forest.

FIBEP is excited to provide the Pre-Congress Tour in cooperation with Gaston Sacaze DMC.

We look forward to welcoming FIBEP members and their families to Cusco and Machu Picchu the few days before the congress begins. This trip will take place from Thursday, October 31st starting in Lima and returning to Lima on Sunday, November 3rd. You will then have Monday to enjoy Lima (optional tours available) before the official start to the Congress on Tuesday, November 5th.

Included in the price of the tour below is entry and transportation to all activities, including flights from Lima to Cusco and return to Lima, overnight accommodations (please select single or double occupancy), and all meals listed above.

Please note that Cusco is at a high altitude and also has narrow and uneven streets. Please take that into consideration before registering. Feel free to email the FIBEP Secretariat who recently made the trip with specific questions.

This trip will be first limited to 30 participants and may eventually also be expanded if space allows.

There will, unfortunately, be no refunds available for this trip as tickets specific to the person will be purchased immediately after booking.

This extended FIBEP Congress Experience is organized by Gaston-Sacaze DMC.
